We are looking for a new talent in our Barcelona office, speaking fluently English and Spanish, and having a solid previous experience with resellers and partners in B2B software and/or informatic hardware sales.

What do we do? Wideum develops new disruptive systems of remote assistance and workflow solutions, working through augmented reality smart glasses, tablets, and smartphones, for industrial and medical companies.

The ideal channel manager is an independent, well-organized, motivated, dynamic, and well-communicating person, who welcomes the challenges of managing and developing new channels with partners and resellers in B2B markets all around the world, mostly in Europe and in the Americas. The candidate has at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, being a previous channel vendor and/or in B2B sales of new technologies (ideally software). We are looking for a resilient and optimistic person, with a high degree of written and spoken negotiation skills.

Your main priority will be to develop and maintain our existing pool of partners all around the world (mainly in English-speaking and Spanish-speaking countries) and being responsible for the entire sales process coming from this pool. You will build a network of contacts, managing opportunities, visits, and negotiations with distributors and resellers. You will develop relationships at all organizational, presenting them our products and services, ensuring their technical and commercial knowledge to represent Wideum abroad. You will make customers visits and travel to trade shows and fairs from time to time. You will be closely in touch with our marketing department to constantly promote our services and solutions. Finally, you will be responsible to ask, receive and analyze feedback from our partners to get a better understanding of the current market, draw conclusions and propose adaptions.

30% Hunting – Prospecting and finding new business opportunities, market intelligence

70% Farming – manage our existing network and ensure the sales increase.

Responsibilities

· Identify new business opportunities, finding new potential partners, target potential markets and future deals

· Ensure the growth of new and existing partner, following their evolution, and while sure Wideum is well represented

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business administration/management

· 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology sales to medium-sized industrial companies

· Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

· having previous experience as a channel vendor

· Marketing skills are a good plus

· Availability to travel (approx. 10% of the time) in Europe.

We are looking for a new International Account Manager, in our Barcelona office.

This new talent must be fluently English and Spanish speaking (please don’t apply if you are not a professional fluent English and Spanish speaker, as this is a must-have qualification factor).

What do we do? Wideum develops new disruptive systems of remote assistance and workflow solutions, working through augmented reality smart glasses, tablets, and smartphones, for industrial and medical companies.

 

The ideal account manager is an independent, organized, motivated, dynamic, and well-communicating person, who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new B2B customers. The candidate has at least 3 years of experience in B2B customer management and/or sales in technologies.

 

You will nurture the company’s sales pipeline by being responsible for your entire sales process with customers from all around the world (mainly Europe and Americas). You will build a network of contacts in various sectors and work with the company’s CRM to manage opportunities, visits, and negotiations with companies. You will develop relationships at all organizational levels within clients and prospects, presenting them our products and services. Once a sale closed, the customer would remain yours, managing the deployment of our solutions in this company, and ensuring upselling. You will also travel to trade fairs, seminars and conferences, from time to time and when necessary.

Barcelona  Office – Sales

En Wideum desarrollamos aplicaciones industriales I+D+I que desplegadas en dispositivos móviles Android /iOS y en dispositivos Smart Glasses de realidad aumentada.

Nuestro primer producto, Remote eye, es un software de asistencia remota. Con él, un trabajador puede recibir asistencia y ayuda de un técnico en remoto mientras usa un dispositivo “manos libres”. El trabajador siente que tiene un experto sobre su hombro que le dice cómo actuar ante una crisis mientras le envía información y documentación a una visera de realidad aumentada.

En 2021 lanzamos Twin eye; asistencia remota completamente manos libres de gafa gafa. En el primer cuarto de 2022 lanzaremos Process eye, gestión y verificación paso a paso de procesos industriales. Con Process eye ofrecemos la libertad de mostrar información y verificación de procesos mientras el operario trabaja con una Smart Glass y recibe instrucciones en Realidad Aumentada.

El equipo de desarrollo de Wideum está creciendo y estamos buscando un QA Tester senior que construya un plan de testeo y automatización de tareas y pruebas.

Nuestro nuevo compañero aportará experiencia y conocimiento a los proyectos, teniendo capacidad de decisión para elegir la estrategia técnica a seguir en testeo y automatización.

NOTA: Esta es una posición preferiblemente en Valencia, España, donde ofrecemos un modelo presencial, híbrido o remoto. Tenemos unas oficinas amplias y luminosas en la Gran Vía Marqués del Turia, al lado del mercado de Colón, con unas inmejorables conexiones en metro y bus. No obstante sería posible realizar el trabajo presencial en nuestras oficinas de Barcelona a 200 metros de Plaça Catalunya.

Tus actividades

– Desarrollo de la estrategia de testing de los productos.

– Implementación de test automáticos.

– Despliegue del servidor de pruebas automático.

– Realizar testeo manual de las aplicaciones.

– Participar en la toma de decisiones técnicas y estrategia técnica de la compañia con el resto del equipo.

– Colaborar con el Product Owner para refinar los requerimientos de producto y construir especificaciones sólidas.
