Receive remote assistance with the Realwear Navigator 500/520

  1. Take out the smart glasses out of their case.

2. Mount the work headband

 

3. Turn on the smart glasses pressing the power button for 5 to 10 seconds until you see the screen turn on.

 

  1. Put the smart glasses on and correctly fit & adjust. Lastly, adjust the lenses to be able to see the screen perfectly. This last part is the hardest part of the process and it might take 5 minutes for you to get used to looking at the screen the first time.

5.1. When you turn on the glasses you should see the home screen or have Remote Eye opened automatically.

 

If you see the home screen, say “Remote Eye” to open the assistance software.


5.2. When you open Remote Eye you should be looking at a screen like this one. You are now ready to be called by an expert.

  • If the screen says “Disconnected”, that means that the glasses aren’t connected to the internet.
  • If the screen shows 4 numbers in red, that means that the glasses aren’t linked to an expert account.
